On Wednesday the 14th of June, NCS came into Crompton House to teach the Year 12’s how to play Ultimate Frisbee. We learned that you cannot run with it once you have caught it and you score by getting the Frisbee through the goals. The Year 12’s got stuck in and challenged some Year 10 students to a match. It was an exciting match with both sides showing some amazing natural ability for the sport! The Year 12 team were victorious, winning 6-3 and a box of chocolates. NCS still has some spaces available on their summer programs, it’s an excellent opportunity for the students to get involved in the local community, meet new people and learn some skills along the way.
