Virtual Open Evening

Join us here on Wednesday 7th October for our Virtual Open Evening.

Hear from Mr Newell, our Head Teacher, Mr Smith, Head of Sixth Form, as well as A Level subject teachers.

You’ll be able to take a virtual tour of the school, hosted by Abdullah and Natalie, our Head Boy and Girl, and find out more about the subjects we offer and what our students think of them.

As part of the Open Evening, we will have live Q & A sessions with our Heads of Subject and Subject Prefects (A Level students currently studying the subject).

These will start with a brief introduction to the subject and then give viewers to ask their questions live – either using their microphone or in the live chat.

The sessions will be 20-25 minutes in length and start at 4:30, 5:00, 5:30 and 6:00 pm, giving prospective students and their families the chance to hear from different subjects. Hosted on Zoom, each subject will have their own Q & A session. Links to the sessions will be posted on this site on 7th October.

We know that students may have more than four subjects that they are interested in, so the sessions will be recorded and made available via the Sixth Form website after the Open Evening.

The Sixth Form Team will also be running a Zoom drop-in session throughout the evening, where you will have the chance to speak to staff and members of the Student Management Team about Sixth Form life and what makes Crompton House Sixth Form unique.
